There was nothing out of the ordinary that marked this day from any other. There were the daily routines, the send off to school, the making and eating of meals, diapers and bottles, kissing and crying, dishes and laundry and did I mention dishes? Oh, and the weekly trip to Aldi.

The sun was even shining.

But that didn't seem to matter.

Because today was just one of "those days." Ever have one of those?! come on, now...

Well, my dear husband picked up on "my day" and brought me home these.

My favorite color. Completely unexpected and thoughtful and totally made me smile.
