What?! I know. It was a deal, it was just what I was looking for, and it was filled with truffles that I just knew--I just knew wouldn't be good the following Christmas (so I ate them up before I put it away for the year).
I think I may have even shared day #17's truffle with Justin.
Or something like that.
The boys get really excited to open the drawer, pull out the chocolate of the day, and turn the drawer around to reveal the picture.

Anyone joining me in craving a good BBQ meal in this (gross) cold weather?
BBQ Chicken and Cheesy Biscuits
SO easy...
Coat chicken in BBQ sauce (I used 5 large pieces and an entire bottle of sauce) and place in 9x13,
Bake @ 350 for 40 minutes

Place chicken to one end of pan, keeping BBQ sauce spread out over pan.
Place refrigerated biscuits in sauce, sides touching,
and sprinkle with cheddar cheese (yum)

Bake an add'l 12 minutes or until biscuits are done.
This meal is really about the amazing biscuits so make sure they are baked to perfection, ok?
Put on some sunglasses (or don't)
and sit down to eat this easy dinner that's reminiscent of the warmer... and longer
days of grilling out.
Only 109 days left until spring
But who's counting...
But who's counting...
I remember seeing those advent boxes at Starbucks! How fun-and yummy :)
